July 4th Weekend!

We had such a fun July 4th! We enjoyed so much having Tony, Martha, Josh and Zach over for the morning, and then we all headed over to the Weld's pond for a field potluck! It was sooo much fun, and as always, so nice to be with the friends! What a wonderful way to spend the 4th!

Over at the Weld's pond now....Chet layed here for the longest time, with the fishing net in the water, waiting patiently for a fish to swim in it! It was really cute! What a good fisherman!

Randy and Marlene brought their horses and carriage to the potluck to give rides to everyone! Everybody loved it, especially the kids!

Rodeo Night! Yee-haw!!

Daddy, mommy and Chet went to the Eugene rodeo on Saturday! It was sooo fun!! Chet loved it, as so did daddy and mommy! Ben & Mindy, Elysse, and the Anderson's, and some others were also there which made it extra special and fun!

Chet LOVED the motorcycle tricks! Chet kept on saying, "look mom! no hands!" Think he'll get some ideas now?! One of the guys doing stunts was Tony & Martha's neighbors! They were amazing!

Let's go bike riding!!

We went bike riding around town this evening, and it was SO fun!! I love riding bikes, especially these old ones that Will likes collecting! I still managed to ride a bike pretty good at being 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant! Chet absolutely LOVED it, as so did we!! What a nice way to spend the evening!!

Chet was in another of his picture taking moods which mommy loves! =) This time, he wanted to take a picture with his dump truck! Chet lifts up the bed and sits inbetween there, and rides around the house like that! He is so goofy!! Chet keeps us thoroughly entertained!!

Will worked on siding the house on Saturday, and Chet decided to help! It was so cute!! Chet got a little piece of wood about 3 inches long, and asked mommy for his hammer (his "doon-doon") and went and put it on the side of the house! What a good little helper we have! =)

Chet had quite the imagination this day! This was also too cute especially since he thought of doing this all by himself! He pulled up his chairs on the deck, got his gun, and was "shooting" birds when I found him!!
