We landed in Miami early Saturday morning, so had the rest of the day to explore before we boarded our cruise ship the next day after Sunday morning meeting! We decided to take an air boat ride in the swamps! This was Doug and Kylee's first time to be on an air boat, so was quite an adventure!....off we go!

This alligator was blind in both eyes, and very old our guide told us. The alligator would lay still in the water with it's mouth open, and as animals swam into it's mouth it would eat them! Chomp, chomp!
This was such a beautiful bird! Our guide had it trained to come up to him and eat out of his hand! It was neat to see all the vibrant colors up close!
The air boat motor was so loud, hence the protective ear pieces for Lily, and bits of cotton for our ears. Amongst all the noise and activity Lily got a good little nap in! So cute!
