Off to the Circus!!

Craig, Shereen, Allen, and Lisi invited us to go with them to the circus this week! It was Chet and mommy's first circus, and was really fun, and entertaining! Chet absolutely LOVES Allen and Lisi and had soooo much fun playing with them!

There were a lot of neat tricks, and Chet sat there wide eyed and watched everything!

When we got back from the circus, Chet had fun riding bikes at Allen and Lisi's house!

I love Chet's expression of pure delight! He was very adamant that he was going to "do it" all by himself, and I don't think he realized Craig was holding onto the back of the bike!

I bought this handle for Chet's toy closet, and Chet decided he was going to help me put it up! What a good little helper I have!!

Baby Shower for Baby #2!

Ryan and Jessica hosted a baby shower for our baby on the way, and it was sooo much fun!! It was more of a bar-b-que and get together than your typical baby shower which was so perfect! All the husbands were invited too (and the kids of course) and they all had so much fun also!

This was the neatest idea! There were white burp rags, and onesies (which looked sooo small!) for everyone to decorate! How fun!

The "theme" of the shower was what little boys are made of...frogs, and snails, and puppy dog tails! So, this cute cake had snails, and worms crawling all over it! It was very cute and creative!!

The guys had so much fun shooting clay pigeons off of the deck! Who said baby showers were just for girls?!

The three pregnant mama's! There were three of us there! Jenica is due October 20th, Jessica's due Septmember 23rd, and me! I'm due July 15th!

Strawberry picking! Yumm!!

Today Jessica, Zoe, Chet, Grandpa Wade and I went strawberry picking! It was absolutely delicious!! It was a little more challenging this year picking while being very pregnant, and chasing around two very active kids, so we were especially thankful for my dad's help! Chet and Zoe had such a fun time helping...and eating! =) Zoe LOVED eating the strawberries and was such a cute little mess by the end! While Zoe especially enjoyed eating, Chet loved playing in the dirt more! Such a boy! ;) it was really fun, and there's nothing else like hand picked strawberries straight from the field!

We are enjoying having Grandpa Wade here for a couple of days... Chet especially loves to play blocks with Grandpa! His favorite part of course is making it go "crash!" Chet would run over and get his play construction hard hat, and then kick the blocks and make them go crash! So fun!!

Fishing at Foster Lake!

Thursday night, we packed up our fishing gear and headed to Foster Lake! It was so pretty and quiet! Chet absolutely LOVED fishing, and holding his own fishing pole, and calling to the fish saying, "here fishy, fishy!" It was really cute! And mommy and Chet sang the "fishy song" we learned in swimming trying to lure the fish in! Daddy got a really good bite, but no luck this time! But, we will be back to try it again!

Parma days...

We had WONDERFUL days at Parma! But needless to say, I forgot to take any pictures! It was so wonderful to see the workers there, including some up from California, the friends, and the meetings were so wonderful and very much needed! Now after getting a little taste of Parma, we cannot wait for Saginaw days!

Off To Conevention!!

We are headed to Parma today for convention, and we are sooo excited to get a couple of days there!! Daddy took Chet to get a haircut at the barber today, and it is SO CUTE!! A cute haircut on a cute little boy! =) Baby and I had a doctor's appointment yesterday, and the doctor said that everything is looking great! ...I am
1 cm dialated (!!!!) and the baby is in the head down position, but the baby hasn't dropped yet. So, that is very exciting!! We have about 3 1/2 more weeks, give or take, and cannot wait to meet the little feller!!!!!!!!!!!

Chet and mommy went to the park this week! We had so much fun! Chet LOVES the slide and swing...and good thing we went because it was our only sunny day this week! We are hoping desperately for more!

For those of you who know Chet good.....he NEVER does this so I just had to get a picture! Chet has some sort of flu bug right now =( and isn't feeling too chipper. Yesterday, I sat him down on the sofa for a second, and he laid down, and watched mommy work around the house, and fell asleep! The impossible does happen!

Saturday morning, Will, Chet, Ryan and Zoe went into the woods to set up Ryan's trail camera! Chet and Zoe LOVE going exploring with their daddy's! It is always such a fun adventure!! They found lots of elk sign, and had fun setting up Ryan's trail camera! These huntermen are itchin' for hunting season!!

4-Wheeling!!

Saturday, we had such a fun day! Daddy took mommy and Chet out behind our house on the Ranger for a ride! Chet LOVES being on the Ranger, and doesn't even blink an eye when daddy goes fast, or goes over fun bumps! We saw a coyote, and a couple of bunnies hopping across the dirt road, and had a fun stop by a river and threw rocks in! Chet loved the "splash" the rocks made in the water, and had fun telling daddy which big rock to throw in next!
