Special visits!

We loved having Grandma and Uncle Gordon come visit us this past weekend! This was Grandma's first time to see Reid! The boys always love when Grandma comes to spoil, play, and love them up!

We took Grandma and Uncle Gordon raspberry picking! It was delicious!

We loved so much going over to Burns for the weekend to hang out with Doug and Kylee!! Doug and Kylee have such a neat spot in Burns, where they are living now! I am so jealous to how close they are to the Steens Mountains! Just 1 1/2 hours away! All the kids had so much fun playing together! They had a hard time parting when it was time to go home! What a wonderful, fun, and relaxing weekend it was!

Kigor Gorge!

We took a day trip up to the Steens Mountains with Doug, Kylee, and Kiera! We loved overlooking Kigor Gorge in the Steens! What a breathtaking view!! It makes you dizzy just looking down into the gorge! I love the intensity of all the colors of the scenery!

Up on Sheepy Ridge overlooking Alvord Desert! Amazing!

It was super, super windy up on the ridge! You can tell by my hair going straight out to the side! All the different color tones, from the sky, to the different colors of the desert and below were so beautiful! Elevation 9500 feet!

Fishing at Fish Lake!

We also loved going fishing at Fish Lake in the Steens! I love Fish Lake, and the Steens Mountains! Fish Lake is my all time favorite spot! It is soooo beautiful! With snow still on the ground, it made a beautiful setting!

Let's go swimming!

The kids had sooo much fun going to the pool in Burns! The little 'kid pool' was perfect...only a foot or so deep, so they could splash around and swim on their own! Zane was especially so excited about swimming, he kept on saying, "Mama...look! Water!" as he pointed to the water! I think the boys have missed their swim time when we were taking lessons!

Happy little Zane! They loved these swim rings so much that they all brought them in the bathtub for bath time when we got back to Doug and Kylee's!

Happy Birthday to Zane!!

ZANE IS TWO!!! Zane turned 2 on July 11th! We had fun celebrating his special day! Zane is such a cutie!! We love him so much!!

And we also celebrated early with Papa and Nana when we were down their way a couple weekends ago! Zane thought this all was pretty special! I love the sweet looks on his face! =)

Raft trip in Medford!

We had so much fun this year going down to Medford for a raft trip down the beautiful Rogue River! Reid got a special squeeze from Barb M. who shares the same birthday! ...June 2nd!!

We didn't get a picture of Scott (Angie's boyfriend) but thought this was so hilarious....Chet and Zane waited for him to come out of the bathroom to ambush him with their guns and bows, then ran away laughing and screaming! =D
