Wedding Time!

This weekend, Chet and Zoe were in a wedding for Andrew, one of the boys that works with Will and Ryan! Chet was the ring bearer, and Zoe was the flower girl! It was soooo cute! Zoe didn't quite make it to the front, I think she got people shy, and was also hungry and hot..not a good combo! She looked sooo cute in her flower girl dress though! Chet did make it up the aisle, and did such a good job! He held the little pillow so nicely, and looked sooo cute in his little outfit! Daddy and mommy, (and everybody else) were quite entertained by him! While standing up front, he started playing with the ribbon on the pillow, and started flinging the pillow around in circles by holding onto the ribbon, then he spied a cool stick on the ground, and stooped down to pick that up, and also had fun playing with his matchbox car (an insentive to make it up the aisle!) It was all really cute! Yah for Zoe and Chet!!

Special Privileges!

We have been having very special, and wonderful days here! Convention season is upon us, and we enjoyed so much a little of Saginaw #1, and are anxious awaiting Saginaw #2 this week! We loved so much having Uncle Roger and Aunt Gerry stay a night with us, and having Grandpa and Grandma here also! And we loved SO much some time spent with Brett H. after Saginaw #1! What a special, special treat!! =)

Let's Go Fishing!

Jeff C. and daddy and Chet went fishing yesterday on the Santiam river! Jeff caught this big whopper of a fish, quite the beauty! Chet (and all) had such a fun time fishing! It is always so fun to catch something, no matter the size! Chet was so excited to show mommy the fish when they came home, and the big stick he had found! He was equally excited about both--the fish and the stick!!

Ryan & Jessica brought this stork over to put in front of our house! How fun! He sure did bring us a cute little bundle! =)

Zane was born on Maron and Sten W.'s birthday!! July 11th! How special! Zane sure did plan it perfect!

Oops! I meant to put this picture on earlier, and just ran across it again! Chet and Auntie Angie had SO much fun playing together when she was up a couple weeks ago! And Angie...if you're reading this, Chet said to me the other day..."mom, you like Angie" and I said, "yes, I like Angie" and Chet said "you like Angie....I like Mickey!" ;) Chet likes to call Angie Mickey...a nickname he came up with all by himself, and where he got it from...I don't know?!

And..another picture I thought I lost! Grandma Wade and Chet became such good buddies while she was up visiting, and had so much fun playing on Chet's play yard!

And now...we have Grandpa Wade up visiting! They are having fun playing together! Grandpa thought Chet's computer was really neat!

Ready, Aim...Fire!!

Chet wanted to bring his gun outside yesterday when we were playing! Here, he is aiming at the big ram that he wanted to shoot! I hardly think that daddy would approve of Chet shooting his sheep, but maybe Chet is big game hunting?!

And...our newest addition to our family! We had a little lamb born last Sunday!! We looked down into the pasture, and there it was walking beside its mama! These are the best sheep because you don't have to help in the lambing process at all!

Will and Arlen R. went steelhead fishing on the Santiam River this past week, and Arlen caught this beautiful 9 lb. steelhead! They both had a blast!

A visit from Grandma!

We loved having Grandma Wade up for a little while this past week!! Chet LOVED playing with Grandma, and had her following him around everywhere (especially outside)! It was really cute to see them tromping around together with Grandma in tow! Zane of course LOVED to be cuddled, and we all enjoyed our time together so much!

I just had to post this picture! It is very hard to get a "nice, normal" picture with a goofball like Chet, but we did get one (not this one, but the next picture!) Chet does make for very funny memorable pictures though that we love so much! We wouldn't want our Chetters any other way! =)
